TRUST THE PROCESS

Trusting the Process

It can be tempting, when things are tough or we're feeling lost, to try and rush the process. We want to force our way to the finish line, even if it means sacrificing quality or taking shortcuts.

The best thing we can do is trust the process.

Relax, breathe, and be patient.

The results will come when they're supposed to—and not a moment sooner.

Here's why it's so important to trust the process—and how you can learn to do it.

The Benefits of Trusting the Process

When we trust the process, we open ourselves up to a world of possibilities.

We give ourselves permission to relax and enjoy the journey, rather than stressing about the destination.

And as a result, we often find that the destination is even better than we could have imagined.

Trusting the process also allows us to:

● Be present in the moment:

One of the best things about trusting the process is that it allows us to be present in the moment.

We can focus on enjoying our current situation—rather than worrying about what comes next.

● Appreciate the journey:

Trusting the process means learning to appreciate the journey—even when it's difficult or challenging.

After all, it's only through facing these challenges that we grow and develop as people.

● Let go of the outcome-based thinking:

One of the biggest roadblocks to trusting the process is outcome-based thinking.

We often get so wrapped up in worrying about the end result that we forget to enjoy what's happening right now.

Learning to let go of this way of thinking is crucial if you want to learn to trust the process.

3 Tips for Learning to Trust the Process

1. Set realistic expectations:

One of the best ways to learn to trust the process is by setting realistic expectations for yourself—and for those around you.

If you're constantly putting pressure on yourself (or others) to achieve unrealistic goals, it'll be impossible to relax and enjoy the journey.

Make sure your goals are realistic and attainable, so you can actually enjoy working towards them.

2. Take baby steps:

Change can be daunting—especially if you're trying to overhaul your entire life overnight.

That's why it's important to take things slow when you're first learning to trust the process .

Start with small changes and work your way up from there.

You'll be surprised at how quickly these small changes add up—and how much better you'll feel in the meantime .

3 . Surround yourself with positive people :

Our social media feeds , TV screens , and even real-life friend groups can have a huge impact on our ability (or inability)to trusttheprocess .

If you're constantly being bombarded with negative messages about how you should look , act , or feel , it'll be much harder for youto break free from this mindset .

Surround yourself with positive people who support your efforts —and don't hesitate to unfollow and distance yourself from anyone who brings you down

I know It can be tempting , when things are tough or we 're feeling lost,to try and rush the processes .

Relax , breathe , DO THE WORK and be patient .There results will come when they are supposed to and not amoment sooner .

Go out and Conquer , trust the process

Love and Light
